Wellness Center in Leesburg, FL
The side of the practice that is not about one painful joint. Fatigue, low mood and the sense that something has shifted are clinical questions, and they are evaluated as such.

What the Wellness Center Does
The Wellness Center at Revive by MWS addresses fatigue, mood and general function rather than a single painful joint. It covers functional medicine, TMS therapy, peptide therapy and IV therapy, each offered only when clinically appropriate following medical evaluation.
How it works
We take a long history first
Fatigue and low mood have many causes, and most of them are found in a careful history rather than in a single test. The first visit is mostly listening.
We check what has already been ruled out
Bring prior bloodwork and notes. A large part of this work is reading what has already been done and finding the question nobody asked.
We recommend only where it fits
Some people who come here are told that nothing in this hub is appropriate for them. That is a legitimate outcome of an evaluation.
Who this line of care helps
- Persistent tiredness that rest does not fix
- Low mood where other treatment has not worked well
- People who want their history reviewed properly rather than quickly
- Adults wanting to support healthy aging with medical oversight
- Patients already under care who want a second set of eyes
Who it does not help
- Anyone in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, who needs urgent help now
- People looking for a treatment without an evaluation first
- Symptoms that point to an acute medical problem needing emergency care
- Anyone wanting a specific product prescribed on request
Treatments in the Wellness Center
The treatments delivered in this line of care.
Functional medicine
A long-form look at history, symptoms, medications and prior testing, aimed at the patterns that a fifteen-minute appointment does not surface.
TMS therapy
Transcranial magnetic stimulation uses magnetic pulses delivered through a coil placed against the scalp. It is a course of sessions, not a single appointment, and candidacy is assessed carefully.
Peptide therapy
A conservative description of what peptide therapy is and how it is approached at Revive, including what the FDA does and does not review.
IV therapy
Fluids and nutrients delivered intravenously in the office, following evaluation. What is appropriate depends on your history, and we say so rather than offering a menu.
Conditions Handled in the Wellness Center
Conditions handled in this line of care, grouped by where the problem is.

Which Approach Tends to Suit Which Problem
How the common options compare, including the ones we do not offer.
| Option | What it involves | Typical course | Invasiveness / downtime | Who it tends to suit | Offered at Revive? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Extended functional evaluation | A long history, review of prior testing, an individualized plan | One long visit plus review | Non-invasive | People whose symptoms have not been mapped properly | Yes |
| TMS therapy | Magnetic pulses through a coil on the scalp | A course of sessions over several weeks | Non-invasive, no anesthetic, no downtime | Depression that has not responded to other treatment | Yes |
| IV therapy | Fluids and nutrients given intravenously | One or a small number of appointments | A cannula, minimal downtime | Specific, evaluated needs rather than general use | Yes |
| Talking therapy | Structured sessions with a therapist | Weekly over months | Non-invasive | Almost everyone dealing with low mood | No |
| Medication management | Prescribed treatment reviewed by a prescriber | Ongoing | Non-invasive | Many people, often alongside other care | No |
| Inpatient or crisis care | Urgent assessment and supervised treatment | As clinically required | Intensive | Anyone at immediate risk, today | No |
Talking therapy and medication are the backbone of depression care, and nothing in this hub replaces either. TMS is considered where those have been tried and have not worked well enough.
If you are in crisis, the right answer is urgent help today, not an elective appointment.
Who the Wellness Center Is For
Who this tends to suit, and who it does not.
Likely a good fit if
- Your symptoms have lasted months rather than days
- You have prior testing or notes you can bring
- You want a longer evaluation than a standard appointment allows
- You are already under care and want it reviewed, not replaced
- You are comfortable being told that nothing here is appropriate
Generally not appropriate when
- You are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself
- You are looking for a specific product rather than an assessment
- Your symptoms began suddenly and are getting worse quickly
- You need emergency medical assessment today
- You want a treatment started without an evaluation
Some people leave this evaluation with a referral rather than a plan. That is a legitimate result and we would rather give it than sell something that does not fit.
If this is not the right fit, we will say so at the consultation and point you toward the care that is.
Why Patients Choose Revive by MWS
The evaluation is genuinely long
The first appointment here is built around history and listening rather than around a treatment that has already been chosen.
Nothing starts without a reason
Every service in this hub is offered following medical evaluation and only when clinically appropriate. There is no menu to order from.
One practice, three clinical areas
Fatigue and pain frequently arrive together. The same evaluation can route you across the practice from the Revive by MWS home page.
We say what is not established
Where a treatment is not FDA-approved or not reviewed by the FDA, the page for it says so in plain words rather than in a footnote.
What this hub is not
The Wellness Center is not a menu of infusions and injections. Nothing in it is supplied on request, and every service in it is offered following medical evaluation.
That is a deliberate difference from much of what is sold under the word wellness, and it is the reason the first visit is mostly a conversation.
Fatigue and mood are clinical questions
Tiredness that rest does not fix, and low mood that has not lifted, both have long lists of possible causes. Most of those causes are found in a careful history rather than in one test.
The National Institute of Mental Health overview of depression describes how depression is assessed and which treatments have evidence behind them, including brain stimulation approaches such as TMS.
Where TMS fits, honestly
TMS is considered where depression has not responded well to other treatment. It is a course of sessions over several weeks, not a single appointment, and it is not a replacement for therapy or for a prescriber's care.
Results vary by individual. Candidacy is assessed carefully, and some people are told it is not appropriate for them.

Wellness Center: Frequently Asked Questions
No. It offers TMS therapy and evaluates fatigue and low mood, but it is not a psychiatric service and it does not provide crisis care. If you are in crisis, seek urgent help today.
No, though any prior testing and notes you can bring will make the evaluation faster and more useful.
Yes. A fair number of evaluations end with a referral rather than a plan, and that is a legitimate outcome rather than a failed appointment.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness and quality before they are marketed. The peptide therapy page states this plainly.
Allow about an hour. The history is the substance of the visit, so it is not a short appointment.
