The Pain Control Clinic at Revive by MWS treats persistent joint, spine and nerve pain without surgery. Care ranges from mechanical decompression of a loaded spine or knee to orthobiologic preparations placed under ultrasound guidance, chosen after a full evaluation.

We work out what is actually loaded
Pain in one place is often produced somewhere else. The evaluation looks at how you move and where the load is going, not only at the spot that hurts.
We match the mechanism to the treatment
A compressed disc, a worn joint surface and an irritated nerve respond to different things. Decompression, orthobiologic care and device-based treatment each address a different one.
We re-check on a set date

What "non-surgical" means and does not mean
Non-surgical does not mean passive. A decompression course asks you to attend a series of appointments. An orthobiologic placement is a needle procedure with a few sore days afterwards.
It does mean nothing here requires an operating room, an anesthetic or a recovery period measured in months. MedlinePlus on chronic pain is a reasonable plain-language starting point if you want to read about the options generally.
What we will tell you honestly
Results vary by individual. Some people respond well to orthobiologic care and some do not, and nobody can tell which you are before the evaluation.
If your imaging shows damage that belongs in a surgeon's hands, we will say so, and we would rather say it at the first visit than after a course of treatment.

No. The work here is non-pharmacological. If medication is part of what you need, that conversation belongs with the clinician who manages your prescriptions.
It depends on what the evaluation finds, so we do not quote a number before we have seen you. Decompression courses are a series of short sessions. Orthobiologic care is usually far fewer visits. The plan states the number before you start.
Revive by MWS does not participate in insurance panels. Elective and regenerative care is commonly not covered by carriers in any case. We will tell you what a plan costs before you commit to it, and you can take that to your carrier if you want to ask.
